Why I am blogging:

  1. I am the most competitive person that God ever put on the face of this planet and Dave Wakerley challenged me to!
  2. I am a Children’s Pastor who is passionate about people living at their full potential and want to encourage others through this blog.
  3. I want to connect with other people leading in Church’s around the globe and offer leadership thoughts and insights that may help them and their ministries.
  4. I am competitive and no one thinks I will blog regularly for any period of time.
  5. I am passionate about God and His Church.

What to expect from Leadership Weekly:

  1. Leadership principles – I believe that people can live BIG lives and I want to help them do that!
  2. Heart for the Church – I believe that the Church of Jesus Christ is God’s plan for the earth and I want to be a part of it!
  3. My family – The only thing that no one else can do is be a husband to my wife and a father to my children so you will hear the words of a passionate family man in this blog.
